Step 2: Receiving the Purchase Receipt

After accepting the offer, we'll promptly send you a purchase receipt. Upon receiving this receipt, you have two convenient options:

• Print out the receipt 
• If no printer, Include a slip inside the package with the 'Purchase Order Number'. This number helps us efficiently track your items.

Step 3: Secure Packaging

Now it's time to securely package your items for transit. Use appropriate materials to ensure their safety during the journey. Before sealing the package, follow these steps:

• Pack items and include Purchase Receipt or Purchase Receipt Number in the box
• Clearly write our address: Probiketrader, 100c Alexandra Park Road, N10 2AE on the label and box. 
• Take a Photo of your box.

Step 4: Choosing a Reputable Carrier

For shipping, we recommend reliable carriers such as:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Hour (Tracked) 
• Parcelforce Tracked 24/48 Hour (Tracked)
• Ensure you also check the allowed dimensions for shipping. These carriers offer reliability and standard shipping insurance coverage.

Step 5: Sharing Tracking Details

Feel free to share the tracking details with us once you've sent the package. This helps us stay updated on the shipment's progress. You can send this to support@probiketrader.co.uk. 

Step 6: Package Arrival and Inspection

Upon receiving your package, we'll do an inspection of the items. Our assessment is straightforward – we'll verify that the items match the provided description. Our experience enables us to make accurate offers based on item photos and their condition.

Step 7: Payment Processing

Following the inspection, we'll proceed with payment. You can choose between payment via Bank Transfer or PayPal Friends and Family, based on your preference.

What's next for my parts?

Your items will undergo a meticulous cleaning process, ensuring they shine at their best. Our skilled mechanic(s) will handle any necessary maintenance required. Subsequently, we'll take clear photographs and provide accurate descriptions and they will be listed on our website, where they'll find new homes with enthusiasts and bicycle shops.
